Hi everyone, 

Nick, Ruby, Niamh and Alan have teamed up for the Battle Cancer Challenge taking place on Saturday 25 October at the Dubai Sevens Stadium!

This is a 90 minute challenge in a team of 4 where we will progress through high energy stations - bike, row, run and lift - pushing for max reps in 5 minutes bursts with 4 minutes to recover before hitting the next station!

Our team is raising funds for Friends of Cancer Patients, which is one of the official charity partners for the event.

This is a cause very close to our hearts with Niamh being a recent breast cancer survivor and some of our close family and friends currently bravely battling this disease.

So this is a plea for donations! We would be absolutely delighted if you could make a donation to this worthwhile cause no matter how small - every little helps!
