Battle Cancer, Dubai

Hi everyone and welcome to our fundraising page !

Our team “Dates and Croissants” has signed up for the Battle Cancer challenge in Dubai on the 18th of March.
We are raising money for a cause close to your heart and we need your help.

The charity we have chosen to raise money for is from the UAE and is Al Jalila Foundation. They support medical research and patient treatment for a number of health challenges, including cancer. Since 2013, they have funded 43 cancer research projects and helped hundreds of vulnerable patients receive quality medical treatment in the UAE.

The 4 of us are lucky healthy individuals but we are aware that we are not all equals in this regard. Some of us know people battling against this horrible disease or have lost close loved ones so we feel it is the perfect opportunity to give back to those in need.

Our fundraising goal is 20,000 AED and we’re convinced we can make that happen! But we need all of YOU for that!

Our team will participate in the Compete division of the Battle Cancer challenge where we will take on 5 intense workouts of 10 minutes each with 20 minutes recovery in between. 2.5 hours to raise even more money !
