Kung Fu is an ancient Chinese Martial Art. Our classes are taught by 34th generation Shaolin Warrior Monks who are Kung Fu champions of China. A variety of kicks, strikes and stances will be practiced over the duration of this class. Fighting drills, self-defense tactics, and fluid reactions will also be covered over the later the stages.
1 month of small group classes up to 8 lessons.
Both beginner and advanced classes are taught at our academy in Al Barsha 1
Classes are taught 6 days a week; from Monday through Saturday.
