Train for your next Hyrox with a 12-week program built by Dannie, Spirit Level head coach and 9-time Hyrox World Championship qualifier. Your sessions are delivered through Training Peaks and cover running, strength and race-specific conditioning. Whether you're chasing your first finish line or a new PB, you'll arrive on race day prepared, confident and ready to perform.
T&Cs:
1. The prize is a 3-month (12-week) personalised online Hyrox training program delivered by Spirit Level through TrainingPeaks.
2. The program must be started within [3 months] of the prize being awarded. Start date to be agreed with Spirit Level.
3. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
4. The winner will need a free TrainingPeaks account and access to suitable training equipment or a gym.
5. Programming is based on information provided by the winner in an initial consultation. The winner must disclose any injuries or medical conditions before starting.
6. The winner trains at their own risk and should consult a doctor before beginning a new training program.
7. The program can be paused once for up to [2 weeks] due to illness, injury or travel, by agreement with Spirit Level.
8. Race entry, travel, equipment and in-person coaching sessions are excluded.
