The Renovation Excludes:
- Purchases of sanitary ware and accessories , mixers, tiles ,vanity unit and mirror and spotlights/strip lights.
- Authority approvals
- Tile installation larger then 60cm by 120cm.
- Special Paint or wall renders( paint considered Jotum acrylic paint )
- Door replacement or door painting
- Water heater and exhaust Fan
- Protection of areas out of scope.
JCT must be notified minimum one month in advance before commencement of any works.
