We would like to offer enrolment in our academic programmes covering the following subjects: 

- Biology 

- Chemistry 

- Physics 

- Mathematics 

These sessions are designed to encourage problem-solving, critical thinking and the practical application of knowledge, while helping students strengthen their academic foundations and develop confidence in their learning. 

Offer Details: 

- A total of 24 sessions will be credited to the winning recipient. 

- Sessions can be utilised exclusively during our holiday programmes, including Winter Break, Half-Term Break, Spring Break and Summer Break. 

- The credited sessions will provide students with access to structured academic support and enrichment opportunities during these school holidays. 

T&Cs: 

Sparkle Gala 2026 – STEM & Academic Enrolment Package (24 Sessions) 

1. Package Entitlement: The winning recipient will receive a total of 24 academic sessions at Improve ME Institute, covering Biology, Chemistry, Physics and/or Mathematics. 

2. Holiday Programme Restriction: The sessions may only be utilised during Improve ME Institute's designated holiday programmes, including Winter Break, Half-Term Break, Spring Break and Summer Break. The package is not valid for regular term-time classes. 

3. Student Registration: The package must be registered under one nominated student. Once registered, the sessions are strictly non-transferable and cannot be shared with or reassigned to another student, including siblings. 

4. Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable: The package has no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged for money, refunded, converted into account credit or applied towards any other programme, service or outstanding fees. 

5. Subject Selection: Sessions may be allocated across Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics according to the student's academic requirements, subject to programme availability and suitability. 

6. Advance Booking: All sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to available spaces, class schedules and the Institute's holiday programme timetable. 

7. Attendance and Cancellations: Once a session has been confirmed, the Institute's standard attendance, cancellation and rescheduling 

Package Validity: The sessions must be utilised within 12 months of the official award date. Any unused sessions remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward, refunded or converted into credit. 

8. Programme Availability: The Institute reserves the right to adjust holiday programme schedules, subject offerings and class arrangements where reasonably necessary. Where a confirmed session is cancelled by the Institute, an alternative session will be offered, subject to availability. 

9. Additional Sessions: Any sessions booked beyond the allocated 24 sessions will be charged separately at the Institute's prevailing rates, with prior agreement from the parent or guardian. 

10. No Additional Charges for Included Sessions: The 24 awarded sessions will be provided without tuition charges to the recipient. Any optional services or additional programmes outside the package will be quoted and agreed upon separately. 

11. Acceptance of Terms: By accepting and registering the awarded package, the recipient and their parent or legal guardian acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
