Following the success of last term’s YallaGive campaign, which demonstrated the powerful impact of collective generosity, The Sparkle Foundation is proud to launch a new fundraising initiative in partnership with DESS College.

As the new term begins, DESS College is continuing to build on this momentum, uniting students, teachers, parents, and the wider school community around a shared purpose: helping to create brighter futures for over 30,000 children and vulnerable individuals in Malawi.

Through classroom discussions, creative projects, and student-led initiatives, the DESS community will raise both awareness and vital funds to support Sparkle’s life-changing work. Sparkle’s holistic approach focuses on long-term, sustainable change by delivering:

Quality education that opens doors to opportunity

Nutritious daily meals that support health and learning

Essential healthcare for children and families

Community empowerment programmes that enable self-sufficiency and resilience

This partnership goes beyond fundraising. By engaging with Sparkle’s mission and real-world impact, DESS students are connecting with a global cause beyond the classroom, developing empathy, social responsibility, and an understanding of how their actions can positively affect lives across the world.
