Running the David Goggins 4x4x48 Challenge to raise funds for Smile Train Middle East.

Every 3 minutes a baby is born with a cleft. Many children with clefts around the world live in isolation, but more importantly, have difficulty eating, breathing, hearing, and speaking. 

Cleft repair surgery is simple, and the transformation is immediate. With your generous donations, we can provide free corrective cleft surgeries to children with cleft lip and/or palate.

Smile Train is an international children’s charity with a sustainable approach to a single, solvable problem: cleft lip and palate. 

Smile Train not only enables free surgery for children with clefts in 90+ countries but also supports comprehensive cleft care every step of the way (such as speech therapy, orthodontics, and confidence building).
