The Challenge
In April of this year, 240 international HSBC colleagues including myself will set off for Delhi, India for HSBC’s Biennial charity trek. The trek will start in the magnificent city of Bir, trekking for 5 days and cover 100km in the shadows of the snow-capped Himalayan mountains. The terrain will rise and fall as we traverse high passes through pine and rhododendron forests, navigating unique routes in the magnificent Dhauladhar range.
This will be the 5th trek as part of HSBC’s Global Biennial Charity Challenge, which has raised $1 million dollars so far. To keep the charitable spirit running, the UAE-based HSBC colleagues will now carry the baton and raise funds for local approved charities.
The Cause
This campaign is dedicated to supporting ‘The Child Fund by Al Jalila Foundation’ which is a children’s charitable program that brings the community together working towards a shared goal: to provide life-saving treatment to children in need. The fund is rooted in the principles of compassion and an unwavering commitment to the health and well-being of children. It serves as a beacon of hope for children and their healing journey.
Please take a moment to reflect and donate to give children hope for a brighter tomorrow.
Together, we unite hearts and ignite hope, fostering a brighter and more promising future for our precious children. Today, tomorrow, and ever after.
Let's turn this vision into reality and spread love and hope for a better future !
