Hello Everyone,

Thank you for visiting my campaign, I am Isha Rajeev Nair, a 9-year old student in Dubai. Since the age of 4, I have always done my part during the holy month of Ramadan like donating my personal savings to buy and distribute Iftar meals, filling up Ramadan Fridges and supporting non teaching staff at my school by preparing small Iftar bags for them. Last year though things were different due to the pandemic I was really happy that I could successfully fundraise for the 100 Million Meals campaign.

This year along with my Iftar bag distribution, I would like to fundraise and do my small part to support the One Billion Meals initiative by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. I have created this fundraising campaign through which I am going to use my creative writing skills to earn my donation.  If you feel you can support my cause, please do donate to One Billion Meals Campaign through my campaign page and kindly leave your Email ID, to receive a small personalised poem written by me to show my gratitude for your contribution.

About One Billion Meals

The “One Billion Meals” is the biggest humanitarian initiative of its kind in the region. It aims to secure food aid for vulnerable communities in 50 countries around the world. It will provide food support to those in need, representing a grand statement of the UAE’s aspirations in humanitarian aid and firm commitment in developing long-term solutions to improve lives across the world, without any discrimination.

The One Billion Meals campaign is an expansion of the UAE’s previous Ramadan campaigns “100 Million Meals” and “10 Million Meals”, organized under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
