We’re thrilled to announce a special fundraising initiative for The Sparkle Foundation, a cause close to our hearts! To make things exciting, three members of our Executive Team, David Baldwin, Stuart Millman, Ian Wallace and Martin Filkins, have bravely volunteered to face a series of challenges – and the stakes will keep rising as we approach our goal!

• Here’s how it works:
• • Fundraising Goal: We’re aiming to raise 10,000 AED for each exec participant. That’s 40,000 AED in total – and every dirham counts! Write you vote in the comments - if there is no vote, it will be shared among the four execs!
• • Rising to the Challenge: The more we raise, the tougher the challenges will get. Our exec team is ready to go the extra mile to make a difference!
• • Your Chance to Participate: Once we reach our goal, we'll invite the community to purchase raffle tickets. Lucky winners will have the chance to attend and even join in on the challenges, putting our exec team to the ultimate test!

• How you can help:
• • Donate and Motivate: Every contribution, big or small, helps us reach our target and adds an extra twist to the challenges! 
• • Share the Word: Spread the message to friends, family, and anyone who might want to support The Sparkle Foundation.
• • Get Your Raffle Ticket: After hitting our target, you can buy a ticket for a chance to attend and be part of the action.

• • AED 1K: Fancy Dress challenge. The Exec member must wear a (socially appropriate) fancy dress costume to the office for the day
• • AED 2k: Egg challenge. The Exec member must get three raw eggs cracked on their head (meaning three raffle winners get to have a go)
• • AED 4k: Chilli eating challenge. The Exec member must make their way through the following chillis:
• o Poblano Pepper – 1,000–2,000 SHU.
• o Jalapeno Pepper –2,500–8,000 SHU.
• o Serrano Pepper –10,000–23,000 SHU.
• o Red Thai Chili – 50,000–100,000 SHU.
• o Habanero Pepper – 100,000–350,000 SHU.
• • AED 7k: Drinking challenge. The Exec member must drink the drink made up of the following ingredients:
• o S – Soy sauce
• o P – Pickle juice
• o A – Apple cider vinegar
• o R – Raw egg
• o K – Kombucha
• o L – Lime juice
• o E – Espresso shot
• • AED 10k: Waxing challenge. Raffle winners get the chance to wax a leg of the Exec member
