As Nelson Mandela once said, "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world." Where would we be without education? How can we help the millions of people who do not have access to education?

Hello, my name is Maira Shiraz, and I am a grade 11 student at Pamir Private School. This Ramadan, I have decided to work with The Citizens Foundation (TCF), a non-profit organization based in Pakistan that is dedicated to providing quality education to underprivileged children. 

Over the last 26 years, TCF has built more than 1,800 schools in Pakistan with 280,000 students enrolled, 49% of them being girls. It only costs AED 50 to educate a child for a whole month, and AED 500 for an entire year! 

Keeping this in mind, the goal of my campaign is to raise 3,000 AED, in order to educate 3 well-deserving TCF students for an entire year. Will you help and donate?
