GULF FOR GOOD

Ramadan 2024 

During the holy month of Ramadan, Gulf for Good aims to inspire acts of generosity and kindness through our "Gift of Giving" social media campaign. This campaign encourages our followers to nominate their friends and family to participate in the spirit of giving by making donations to support The Citizens Foundation

CHARITY PROJECT:

The Citizens Foundation (TCF) aims to empower citizens of Pakistan as agents of positive change by providing quality education that fosters moral, spiritual, and intellectual enlightenment. The project impacts 180 students in a rural village in Nowshera, addressing UN Sustainable Development Goals such as No Poverty, Quality Education, and Gender Equality. Additionally, it supports employment and development opportunities for 9 female faculty members. TCF's vision is to cultivate well-rounded individuals capable of lifting themselves and their communities out of poverty. Gulf for Good is requested to support TCF Primary School - Ghulam Faruque Campus in Nowshera for the school year 2023-2024, benefiting students, faculty, and the broader community. The project focuses on implementing a research-based early years program to develop 21st-century skills through play-based learning. Funding will cover faculty salaries, school supplies, and administrative costs

FUNDRAISING:

This campaign is held in association with local not-for-profit Gulf for Good, whose purpose is to change the lives of underprivileged children around the world.

The breakdown of how donations are distributed are as follows:

- 75% of funds raised go to The Citizens Foundation

- 15% of funds raised go to Gulf for Good (not-for-profit in the UAE and registered UK charity) for their sustainability

- 10% of funds raised go to International Humanitarian City for their emergency response work
