Friends of Cancer Patients is launching the “I Deserve a Life” Zakat campaign in order to provide treatment and care for cancer patients who cannot afford it themselves. Zakat money raised will be used to cover costs of chemotherapy and radiotherapy, as well as surgical procedures. The funds will also be used to provide patients with prosthetic limbs and other medical equipment if needed. 

Zakat campaign is approved by the Permanent Fatwa Committee in Sharjah and assured that 100% of your Zakat will be used for cancer patients who cannot afford the high costs of treatment.

Since its launch in 2013, the campaign has supported 2020 patients.
