Hello, my name is Zara Qureshi and im 16 years old. I aim to help improve the life of underprivileged children in my home country, Pakistan and make a difference. Pakistans education crisis affects 22.8 million children of school- going age unable to receive quality education they need, 49% of these children being girls and 40% being boys. This is due to various reasons such as education is too expensive, the school is too far away or teachers not showing up. I believe that every child deserves the basic right of education to create a successful future for themselves and their families. Thats why im proud to be an ambassador for the TCF Baghbaan Programme. 

I aim to raise 6750 dirhams which can fund 15 children's education. It takes 450 dirhams to sponsor a Childs education for a year and as little as 40 dirhams to sponsor a Childs education for one month, which for us could mean not ordering out food for one week.
