Thelma's Story: A Breast Cancer Survivor’s Journey of Strength and Hope
My name is Thelma Susano, and I am proud to call myself a breast cancer survivor.
In 2020, my life changed forever when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. What followed was a journey filled with fear, uncertainty, resilience, and ultimately—hope. From the moment I heard the words "You have cancer," I knew I was stepping into the fight of my life. But I also knew I wouldn't face it alone.
With the support of my family, friends, and medical team, I went through [surgery/chemotherapy/radiation—customize as needed], learning each day how strong the human spirit can be. I discovered that surviving isn’t just about medicine—it’s about mindset, community, and courage.
Today, I’m cancer-free and using my voice to help others walking this difficult path. That’s why I’m raising funds—not just for treatment and research, but for support services, early detection programs, and the hope that one day no one will have to hear the words I did.
Your donation doesn’t just support a cause—it supports real people, real families, and real futures.
I’m living proof that there is life after cancer. And with your help, we can make that future possible for even more women and men.
Thank you for being part of this journey with me. ?
With gratitude,
Thelma Susano
