No child should be hungry, injured, or without medical care. Yet for many families in Gaza, this remains a daily reality.

Through the Dubai Marathon, we are raising funds to help provide critical medical support to those most in need.

Every day, people in Gaza continue to face severe hardship amid ongoing conflict. Medical facilities are under immense pressure, and access to care is increasingly limited.

Since the start of the war on October 7, 2023, Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) teams in Gaza have delivered vital care—performing over 29,000 surgeries, treating more than 1.2 million patients, and supporting over 16,000 births.

Despite extremely challenging conditions, MSF medical teams continue to provide emergency care, maternal health services, mental health support, and treatment for chronic illnesses.

Every step we take in this marathon is dedicated to a life lived with dignity and hope.
