MSF has been working in Gaza since the very beginning of the crisis. From October 7, 2023, to September 20, 2024, MSF teams in Gaza have provided:

- 390,200 emergency consultations
- 78,100 people treated for diarrhea
- 29,500 surgical interventions
- 61,200 patients admitted
- 70,100 antenatal consultations
- 16,700 births assisted
- 70,600 individual mental health consultations
- 88,500 consultations for non-communicable diseases
