Terms & Conditions:

Scheduling:

The recipient of the prize must schedule the three 1.5-hour yoga sessions at least 48 hours in advance of the desired session time.

Location:

The sessions will take place at a mutually agreed-upon location, which must be a safe and suitable environment for practising yoga.

Health and Safety:

The participant must inform the instructor of any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns before the sessions commence.

The instructor reserves the right to modify or omit certain poses or practices based on the participant's health considerations.

Liability:

The instructor is not liable for any injuries or health issues that may arise during or after the yoga sessions. Participants engage in the sessions at their own risk.

Rescheduling and Cancellation:

Sessions can be rescheduled with a minimum of 24h hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of that session (excluding emergencies).

The instructor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or emergencies.

Conduct:

Both the instructor and the participant are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner during the sessions.

Any inappropriate or unsafe behaviour may result in the termination of the sessions without a refund.

Expiration:

The prize is valid until June 2024. Sessions not scheduled or completed by this date will be forfeited.

Agreement:

By accepting and scheduling the private yoga sessions, the participant agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
