Terms and Conditions for Emotional Eating Coaching Sessions Auction Prize:

* Eligibility:

    * Bidders must be 18 years of age or older.

    * The auction prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

* Scheduling and Availability:

    * The prize is valid starting January 1, 2024.

    * The winner must schedule and complete all four coaching sessions within two consecutive months from the prize activation date.

* Session Details:

    * Each coaching session has a duration of 1HR 

    * Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to the availability of both the participant and the coach.

* Cancellation and Rescheduling:

    * Participants may reschedule a session with at least 6 hours' notice.

    * Failure to provide sufficient notice or repeated rescheduling may result in the forfeiture of the respective session.

* Participant Responsibility:

    * Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a suitable environment for virtual coaching sessions.

    * It is the participant's responsibility to actively engage in the coaching process and complete any assigned tasks between sessions.

* Expiration:

    * The auction prize expires on July, 2024

    * All sessions must be completed by this date, and any unused sessions will be forfeited.
