90 minute Wellbeing Check
Just as we routinely care for our physical health, it’s important that we do the same for our mental wellbeing. As part of our Wellbeing Check, you will get the opportunity to meet with a Psychologist to consider how your life is progressing, your strengths and achievements, as well as areas you’d like to improve and ways you might go about that. Whether it’s for a student planning what to do beyond school, someone thinking about their next move in life, or an individual who wants the opportunity to simply reflect on how things are going and talk with a fully qualified psychologist, the Wellbeing Check provides a safe-space for you to do just that.
These conversations are beneficial on many levels. Our mental wellbeing directly affects our physical health, being able to speak honestly and explore any barriers you may be facing, can build confidence and self-belief as well as strengthen your ability to face challenging situations. Following your Wellbeing Check, you will leave with a deeper understanding of your strengths, how to perform at your best, and the tools to help you find a balanced, fulfilling life.
