Story
In light of the difficult circumstances that Lebanon is going through, Ajialouna has been working with local and international NGOs, donors and charitable institutions, to meet the needs of the Lebanese community. Especially after the explosion of the Beirut port last August.
Today, with our welcoming for the holy month of Ramadan, expected in mid-April, we continue, resolutely, to provide medical, educational, social and financial services for needy Lebanese families. Especially that the most important part of the annual donations to support our activities is obtained in this holy month, which reflects positively on serving the Lebanese community.
Ajialouna Organization was established 26 years ago, and our goal was the sustainable development of underprivileged families.
And now, we are facing families falling below poverty line, requiring:
food, medicines, urgent surgeries, powdered milk, educational assistance for their children, and many other essential needs.
The holy month of Ramadan is the month of goodness and blessing, in which everyone cooperates to support the other. This year, and in view of the deteriorating economic and social conditions in Lebanon, and given the measures of prevention against Covid 19, Ajialouna Organization launched its Ramadan campaign called: "Ramadan at Home is safer", to help the largest possible number of families who will not be able to secure the food stuff needed to prepare their iftar.
In addition, we will be providing a personal protective equipment (PPE) kit and other personal hygiene items.
We sincerely hope you will participate in our Ramadan campaign for the year 2021, and contribute in buying vouchers of 50 US dollars, which families can use to secure the minimal supplies they need which will be specific and shared in due course.
Thank you for your trust in Ajialouna, we ask Allah Almighty to bless you and to add your charitable work to the balance of your good deeds.
Wishing you a blessed Ramadan,
Sincerely,
