As the blessed and holy month of Ramadan approaches, Ajialouna Organization
launches the "100 Days to Ramadan" campaign to collect financial and in-kind donations.
Ajialouna aims to distribute food rations for 10,000 underprivileged families upon the holy
month. Due to the deteriorating socioeconomic conditions and the dramatic rise in the prices of
goods and food in Lebanon, this campaign seeks to collect financial and in-kind donations from
Lebanese expatriates and charitable persons all over the world and distribute these donations
during the holy month of Ramadan in the form of food rations.
The campaign will be launched on December 16, where it will announce that on
December 26, the 100-day countdown to the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan will
begin. This campaign will encourage charitable individual donors in Lebanon and abroad,
companies and banks in Lebanon and abroad to donate 100 units of any currency or any food
item or food parcel.
Every 10 days, Ajialouna will announce the outcome of the donations on its website and
on its social media; Ajialouna seeks to secure 1,000 food rations every 10 days, and thus 10,000
food rations will be secured upon the holy month.
Based on Ajialouna’s long experience in preparing and distributing food rations through the past 26 years .
