Pakistan’s education crisis is staggering—26.2 million children are out of school, with girls making up more than half of this number. The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is changing that. With 2,033 schools in urban slums and rural areas, they’re empowering 301,000 students with quality education, led by an all-female faculty of 14,700 educators. TCF is also Pakistan’s largest private employer of women, providing life-changing opportunities for both students and teachers.
