According to the World Health Organization, 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime. These statistics are alarming, and Al Jalila Foundation is dedicated to raising awareness and funds to save patients’ lives through our care, learning and discovery programs.

With your support, we can continue to spread awareness on the importance of early detection and raise funds to invest in local breast cancer research to improve treatment outcomes for patients.

This is why, we decided to conduct a chess tournament. We hope to raise funds for this cause by coming together as a community and playing chess! We would greatly appreciate it if you could donate some money, even if it is a very small amount. 

Let’s unite in the fight against breast cancer – for our mothers, grandmothers, sisters, wives, daughters, friends, and colleagues who have been affected by this disease.
