My is Tiago Valente, I'm from Portugal and I live in the UAE since 2018. I'm on a mission to stop the stigma about depression in men, by raising awareness and helping fight depression through endurance sports, especially triathlon. For that I've created the project NOSHAME Movement, born from my journey of resilience, facing, fighting and overcoming depression as well as aiming to break the cycle of this disease that has haunted my family.
