Within The Cracks – A Sculptural Lamp Collection

Designed by TwentyOne06, Within The Cracks is a collection of sculptural lamps inspired by the idea of “broken beautiful.” The design concept embodies illumination through adversity, a reminder that light can emerge even from what’s fractured. 

The cracks and imprints, formed from personal items and cast in recycled plaster, symbolize the burdens carried by women in impoverished communities. Inside, a spiral of light and crushed recycled glass radiate their resilience and hope. Every element of the lamp is crafted from fully recycled materials, reinforcing the story of renewal and strength born from what’s been broken.

 The duality of the outer and inner shell of the lamps embodies a deeper meaning, that despite their struggle, their beauty shines through.

The piece was brought to life through the expert fit-out execution by CS Interiors and atmospheric lighting by No Grey Area International, together realizing a design that shines through strength and storytelling.
