This Ramadan, the Ifraj Foundation invites you to join us in spreading hope and compassion by providing essential food parcels to families in need. Together, we can ensure that no family goes hungry during this holy month.

Through your generosity, we aim to deliver 5,000 food parcels, each designed to sustain a family of seven throughout Ramadan. Each parcel includes:

10kg of rice

10kg of wheat flour

5kg of sugar

5 liters of cooking oil

1kg of dates

The cost per parcel is 150 AED, providing families with the essentials to prepare nourishing Iftar meals.

رمضان هالسنة، تدعوكم مؤسسة إفراج للانضمام لنا في نشر الأمل والرحمة من خلال توفير طرود غذائية أساسية للأسر المحتاجة. معاً، يمكننا ضمان عدم جوع أي أسرة خلال هالشهر الفضيل.

من خلال سخائكم، نهدف إلى توزيع 5,000 طرد غذائي، كل طرد مصمم لدعم أسرة مكونة من سبعة أفراد طوال شهر رمضان. يتضمن كل طرد:

- 10 كيلو أرز  

- 10 كيلو دقيق قمح  

- 5 كيلو سكر  

- 5 لتر زيت طبخ  

- 1 كيلو تمر  

تكلفة كل طرد هي 150 درهم، مما يوفر للأسر أساسيات تحضير وجبات الإفطار المغذية.
