Calling all young supporters of The Citizens Foundation (TCF)! 

The TCF Baghbaan Youth Ambassador Programme in UAE is a wonderful opportunity for you to use your knowledge and skills to help the less-privileged children of Pakistan gain access to quality education. 

We (Zayd Bawany and Salaar Ferozie) are planning to complete a series of physical challenges of YOUR CHOICE in exchange for donations. 

The choices you may choose from are the following:

1. Squat 100kg for 10 Reps per 500 AED
2. Bench 60 for 15 Reps per 500 AED
3. Deadlift 100kg for 15 Reps per 500 AED

You may enter your choice in the comments of your donation.

If you don't enter a choice, we will decide ourselves.
