On both Sunday 25th October and Sunday 21st March, I'll be taking on the Mamzar Sprint Triathlons.

This Sunday's race will be my first triathlon in five years and something I've felt compelled to do after a challenging few years. It won't be easy, but this challenge is about proving to myself that I can get back on the start line, face the doubts that come with it, and cross the finish line once again.

I'm also using this opportunity to raise funds for The Sparkle Foundation, a cause that means a great deal to me. Sparkle Malawi's mission of supporting children and families in Malawi (my birthplace and one of the world's poorest countries) through education, healthcare, nutrition and community development is truly life-changing. Their work brings hope, opportunity and lasting change to some of Malawi's most vulnerable communities, helping children and families build brighter futures.
