Hello everyone, this is Zain and Saif Seer. We are from Pakistan and study at JC. 

We have been associated with TCF fundraisers for a few years now and have also visited one of their schools in Tarnol, Islamabad. They are doing a fabulous job in providing quality education to children who cannot afford to go to school.

This programme is designed to give supporters an opportunity to interact with like-minded, compassionate and altruistic people during this journey and learn the joy of giving back to society.

Pakistan is in the midst of an education crisis with 26.2 million children out of school, more than half of whom are girls.

The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is a professionally managed non-profit organization that builds and operates formal schools in the urban slums and rural areas of Pakistan. The Economist has called The Citizens Foundation (TCF) "perhaps the largest network of independently run schools in the world." TCF has 2,261 school units across Pakistan where children were previously out of school. The Foundation is the largest private employer of women in Pakistan with an all-female faculty of 16,500 teachers and principals. Currently, TCF has an enrolment of 320,000 deserving students.
