Every child deserves to grow up in safety, dignity, and with the care of their family. Yet today, thousands of Somali children are growing up in makeshift shelters instead of real homes. Conflict and recurring drought have forced families from their villages, stripping them of their livelihoods and dignity. Hundreds of Somali children are growing without the warmth and comfort of a home.

Since 1984, SOS Children’s Villages Somalia has stood alongside vulnerable children and families. We work to strengthen family resilience and provide life‑saving support so children can remain safe within their families and communities – even in times of crisis.
