100 HSBC colleagues trekking 100km over 5 days through challenging terrain in Ecuador to raise money and awareness for mental health

Concluding on Mount Cotopaxi, one of the highest active volcanoes in the world, this trek is not for the faint-hearted!

Rarely groups of this size trek through the region which is rich in wildlife and varied ecosystems.

It will be a test of endurance both physically and mentally - and all for a good cause : raising awareness of mental health issues and advocating against stigma.
