My mission is to support people, just like you and me, towards healthier behaviour changes based on their specific health goals. I do this primarily through 1:1 coaching, taking an holistic approach and using a variety of methods and resources tailored to each individual. My main focus is supporting people who have received a cancer diagnosis, whatever stage of the journey they may be at.


Health and Wellness Coaching is a dynamic and totally personalised process in pursuit of health and wellness-related goals. Goals may involve any aspect of life for which a person seeks to achieve greater balance or regain their control such as activity levels, social connections, weight, nutrition, stress management etc.


In a nutshell, a Health and Wellness Coach is your personal cheerleader, guide and ally that helps you to implement lifestyle changes which are designed to improve your overall wellbeing.


Health and Wellness Coaches focus on key areas (such as our relationships, nutrition, finances, fun and recreation, sense of spirituality, physical activity, environment etc) to help people to reflect upon and evaluate their current health status. If one of these areas is out of balance, it’s likely others are as well. 


The coaching process looks at where a person is currently and what action(s) they are ready to take. Small, consistent changes accumulate over time, becoming healthy habits that last. It is a journey of self-discovery where the ‘client’ retains control of the process and ultimately discovers the solutions, depending on what works best for them at that particular time in their life.
