LifeSpark ULTRA ENDURANCE RIDES
PART 1: 200KM RIDE in 7 hours or Less
PART 2: LSC FASTEST CENTURY MILES ( 161KM)
4-year-old Muhammad was recently diagnosed with a heart signaling disorder that causes fast, chaotic heartbeats which means he can go into cardiac arrest at any moment. He urgently needs a paediatric pacemaker to monitor his heartbeat.
Muhammad’s father is originally from Pakistan but was born in the UAE and has lived here his entire life. Tragically, 2 years ago, Muhammad’s parents lost their older son to the same disease when he suddenly had a heart attack and could not be revived. Muhammad’s parents are very scared that this will happen to him as well as right now they cannot afford the medical device that will save his life.
“We caught the disease after Muhammad collapsed in the grocery store. He was rushed to the hospital where we were told by doctors that he desperately needs the operation that will save his life. We live in constant fear that we will lose our son and the pacemaker is his only chance of survival. We want to watch our dear son grow up by our side strong and healthy.”
