ADHSA: Responding Together to the Water Crisis in our Fight Against Covid-19
As COVID-19 spreads, millions do not have ready access to soap and water for handwashing. Every day in rural communities throughout sub-Saharan Africa, people suffer from a lack of access to clean, safe water. Children often bear the burden of walking miles each day to find water in streams and ponds, full of water-borne disease that is making them and their families sick.
Handwashing Stations Clean hands need clean water and we're providing both in the communities we serve. Your gifts will make sure it continues to flow and handwashing remains possible. | Health and Hygiene Training Project teams have been teaching these lessons for years, and they're needed now more than ever. Help TWP reach the hundreds of communities we serve. | Homemade Mask Making With some local supplies and a bit of creativity, TWP teams - who you support - are teaching families how to craft masks that help prevent the spread of the disease. |
We are excited to share our initiatives with you.
