In Pakistan, more than 1 million children are deaf, yet fewer than 5% have access to education. Many grow up isolated from the world around them, unable to communicate with their families or access the opportunities that most children take for granted, simply because they were born deaf and into poverty. 

For over 35 years, Deaf Reach has been working to change this reality by providing deaf children with quality education in sign language, vocational training, and the familial and community support they need to build independent, meaningful lives. 

At Deaf Reach, education goes far beyond the classroom. Children who once had no way to express themselves learn how to communicate with confidence, continue their studies, develop employable skills, and become active members of society. Many of our graduates go on to support themselves and their families with dignity. 

Nearly 70% of Deaf Reach students are eligible for Zakah, making your support a direct investment in deaf children who would otherwise remain excluded from education and opportunity.
