Taking on the Dubai Marathon 2026 and making every mile matter 

Every day, people in Gaza endure unimaginable hardship, struggling to survive amid ongoing conflict and crisis. I dedicate this Dubai Marathon 2026 to those who need it most. 

Since the start of the war on October 7, 2023, MSF teams in Gaza have been working tirelessly — performing over 29,000 surgeries, treating more than 1.2 million patients, and assisting over 16,000 births. Their medical teams have continued to provide emergency care, maternal health services, mental health support, and treatment for chronic illnesses — even in the most difficult conditions.
