Al Jalila Foundation, a global healthcare philanthropic organisation founded in April 2013 by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai, is dedicated to transforming lives and positioning Dubai and the UAE at the forefront of medical innovation. The Foundation supports medical treatment for individuals unable to afford quality healthcare, provides education and scholarship programs to nurture a home-grown generation of medical professionals, and funds pioneering research addressing health challenges prevalent in the region, including cancer and diabetes.

In partnership with the Biotechnology Club at the American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK), Al Jalila Foundation is working to raise funds to support diabetes patients, ensuring access to essential treatment and advancing innovative healthcare solutions for those in need.
