It is predicted that Gaza’s only water source will become irreversibly depleted by 2020, resulting in chaos and turmoil for the residents of Gaza.

 
The water in schools in Gaza is currently unfit for drinking, meaning that thousands of children are at risk from the dangers of dirty water every single day.
 
With the kind support of your generous donations, we are working to provide water desalination plants to schools in Gaza.

A UK Islamic Mission water desalination plant will help to reduce the spread of disease – and even death – resulting from using and drinking dirty, contaminated water.

 
By donating to this project, you will be having a positive, tangible impact on the health of these children, as well as their education.

After all, healthy children are much more able and capable to learn, while healthy teachers are also more able to teach.
