Raising money to help rehabilitate 5 houses in Beirut affected by the blast on 4th August 2020
Over the course of 3 days, 9th to 11th December 2020, me along with 39 other challengers from Omnicom Media group and partners will cycle around 170km through the Eastern Emirates to raise funds for Nusaned in Lebanon. Between us, we aim to raise funds of up to AED100,000. This will enable Nusaned to rehabilitate a minimum of five houses impacted by the Beirut blast in August.
Nusaned is a Lebanese based NGO that was created in December 2019 after the Lebanese uprising in October of the same year. They work with volunteers to provide food parcels, hygiene kits, clothing and rehabilitate homes.
GFG is a Dubai based not for profit organisation that raises funds for various causes primarily helping children by organising outdoor adventure challenges. They encourage people who both are and aren't affiliated with outdoor activities to participate in these challenges, with the goal of raising funds for those in need.

This is also the first time I am participating in a challenge by GFG and fundraising for them. This challenge is going to test me physically, mentally and emotionally, but with everyones support I know I will be able to make it through.
I'm hoping that you could donate generously in support of this cause and help me reach the goal - all funds, whatever amount, are much needed and greatly appreciated. ♡
The charity cycle is held in association with local not-for-profit Gulf for Good and is approved by the Islamic Affairs & Charitable Activities Department, License No. 3377.
To give you more clarity on the distribution of funds raised:
75% of funds raised go to Nusaned
15% of funds raised go to Gulf for Good (NPO in the UAE and registered UK charity) for their sustainability
10% of funds raised go to International Humanitarian City for their emergency work
